Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at info@cardinalandco.net. Once your return is authorized, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address by email. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee & Costs

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers outbound/inbound insured shipping, customs clearance, and inspection/processing costs.
  • Original shipping charges and any customs duties or taxes paid on import are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a defective or misdescribed item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@cardinalandco.net so that we can evaluate the issue. In such cases, we will cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee once the issue is verified.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Items sold as final sale cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase another item, please complete a return request (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order separately.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, and with original packaging and documentation. The restocking fee and cost provisions above still apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the applicable restocking fee, original shipping charges, and any duties/taxes. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
